Shipped out and came to our house way sooner than we expected my friends pit bike came missing a front axle that we still have to sort out but other than that it the bikes are amazing

Originally I would have given 5 stars however I became more and more disappointed with what should have been a minor issue dragged on for 3 weeks! All started well with the sales representative being very diligent and maintaining contact with me throughout the purchase process. The bikes arrived earlier than expected. A major part was missing (discovered when opening the crate) so I called customer service. A quick response to my voice mail was followed by a 3 week wait to get the part so the bike was rideable. I think the claims process could be made better. Otherwise the dirt bikes are great and now my daughters are happy and enjoying thier bikes!
