Shipping was very fast, 4 days to PA, took about 2 hours to assemble.  No directions on assembly, but was fairly easy to figure out. The only issue I had was customer service was a bit difficult to get ahold of.  Although they did respond, sometimes it took nearly a week to hear back.  Overall I'm happy with the purchase.  The machine seems well built, hope it holds up to my son's abuse.
